Catering

Our University Dining Services’ Catering Department will tailor a menu for you, providing the highest level of food quality and service to assure the success of your event. All of your event catering must go through Sodexo, contact them at least two weeks prior to your event to ensure availability.

Square Tomato Catering

Square Tomato Catering is a low-cost, no frills catering available to recognized student groups. To find out more information, stop by the catering office in CSU 219

Fundraising

Food and beverages may be prepared and sold as part of a bake sale or fundraising activity. Contact University Scheduling and Conference Services to schedule a bake sale or fundraising activity.

Potlucks

Potlucks, where participants bring a dish to pass may only be shared with your group or department with a maximum of 50 people. Schedule your potluck with University Scheduling and submit the Potluck Request Form at least two weeks prior to your event.

Student Food Development

An approved permit is required by any student group that intends to prepare and distribute their own food. Upon approval, students will learn from University Dining Service’s Professionals safe methods of food preparation and food handling in a commercial kitchen.
