This podcast is dedicated to amplifying the voices of minority and underrepresented communities. The podcast serves as a platform to discuss key social issues, share community resources, and highlight the efforts of organizations and individuals working toward equity and inclusion. Through engaging conversations with experts, leaders, and community members, the podcast fosters dialogue, raises awareness, and strengthens connections between the university and the broader community.

 

The podcast will serve as a platform for community members, local leaders, and experts to discuss topics of interest to the community, such as housing, health, migration, education, and other issues that affect underrepresented communities. It seeks to promote knowledge, collaboration, and empowerment of these communities, providing a space for their voices to be heard and their needs addressed. 

The podcast seeks to be an inclusive and accessible platform that amplifies the voices of minority and vulnerable communities, addressing issues that impact their daily lives. Through authentic and collaborative conversations, we promote equity, social justice, and access to resources, in order to empower people and build a more just and supportive society.

Objectives

The objectives of Podcast: Diversity In Action includes: 

  1. Promote equity and inclusion: Address issues that affect minority communities, providing valuable information and creating a dialogue about solutions for social justice.
