Raffles

Recognized Student Organizations, University departments and affiliated organizations may use raffles and gambling (e.g. bingo, poker night, casino night) to raise funds in support of university related activities. Recognized Student Organizations and University departments must fill out the Fund Raising Application form, available for University Scheduling and Conference Services (CSU 219), prior to hosting a raffle. These groups must ensure raffles conform to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (Minnesota State) Board of Trustees’ policy and Minnesota Statutes.
