Poster Holder Reservations

POSTER HOLDERS accommodate posters up to 21 inches wide by 27 inches tall.  One of eight (8) CSU poster holder locations may be reserved one week at a time through University Scheduling and Conference Services (CSU 219).  All displays must fit safely within the edges of the display area. No displays may protrude beyond the edges of the poster holder or in any way create a hazard to pedestrians in the area.  

No A-Frame style "sandwich display boards" are permitted within the CSU. This includes day-of-event information displays.
