There are 3 different experience options we offer for scheduled appointments, you will be required to select one:

In-Person Appointments: Make sure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in at the front-desk.  Appointment times vary by topic. We encourage you to come prepared with a list of questions and copies of any materials or your electronic device for us to review suggested resources.

Virtual Appointments: When preparing for your appointment, find a quiet place without distractions, check for a reliable internet connection, and access to power to keep your machine well charged. A computer tends to work best, rather than a cell phone, particularly when document sharing is necessary. Make sure you have access to audio and that your video is turned on whenever possible.  Please refrain from driving, traveling, or other distractions during your appointment.

Phone Appointments: Make sure you provide a current phone number so we can call you at the time of your scheduled appointment.  If you did not provide a number when you made the appointment, email it to cdc@mnsu.edu and include your name with the date and time of your scheduled appointment.
