Appointment Request Form

Complete the form to request an appointment with the Student Attorney, a free legal service for Minnesota State University, Mankato students provided through funding from student activity fees.

Appointment requests are monitored and scheduled by the Student Government Office, other than the attorneys themselves. For your own privacy and protection, when providing the reason for your request, it is not necessary to go into specifics regarding your particular case/question. Simply stating "Pending Criminal Charges," "Child Custody Questions," "Immigration Questions," etc. is sufficient. We only need to have an idea of the subject matter in order to prepare the attorney for the type of meeting they may have scheduled.
