Report Academic Misconduct

Academic misconduct reports contain allegations of violations of the University’s Academic Honesty Policy. Reports may include, but are not limited to, plagiarism, cheating, collusion and improper use of technology.

Faculty members manage incidents of academic dishonesty in the classes they teach. Faculty may choose to report concerns of academic dishonesty to the office of Student Conduct. Reporting may be useful in these situations:

1. As a template to assist you in adhering to the Academic Honesty policy
2. As a request for an Information Technology Solutions investigation into alleged misuse of technology
3. As a request for consultation with the Office of Student Conduct.
