Carly has been Campus Recreation’s Fitness and Wellness Program Coordinator since 2012. She oversees group exercise programming, personal training, fitness assessments, exercise plans, equipment orientations, aquatics, and hires and trains students to work in these program areas.

Undergraduate

  • BS in Health Education with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Mayville State University, Mayville, ND

  • Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Exercise Instructor with National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA)

  • ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist

OFF-CAMPUS EXPERIENCES

When Carly is not on campus, you’ll find her leading yoga classes and presenting or hosting yoga retreats. She enjoys watching baseball, paddle boarding, hiking, traveling, reading books, listening to music, eating donuts, and spending time with family and friends.
