Listen To Your Folks Is Moving
Long time folk program will fill folk scene etc. timeslot on tuesdays
Big changes are happening with the Folk programming on 89.7 the Maverick! Listen To Your Folks will moving to seven p.m. Tuesday nights, beginning February 1st. In addition to the move, host Steve Guse will be expanding the broadcast to two hours. This move will allow 89.7 the Maverick listeners to continue hearing Folk music in the timeslot pioneered by the late Bruce Davis and his show Folk Scene Etc.
Replacing Listen To Your Folks in its old Sunday morning timeslot will be an as yet unnamed show hosted by John Maiers, featuring Folk, acoustic, and Americana music. The program will debut on Sunday, February 6th.
