The KMSU Spring Pledge Drive is Coming!
Help 89.7 the Maverick reach its $40,000 drive goal!
Calling all Radio Heroes! The KMSU Spring Pledge Drive begins on Wednesday, April 26th and ends on Friday, May 5th! In between those dates you'll hear our DJs preaching the gospel of KMSU, this wonderful independent radio station on the campus of Minnesota State University, Mankato. We hope you'll take a moment of your time to help us hit our $40,000 pledge drive goal so we can continue growing and improving our facilities and our content. In so many ways this SIXTIETH YEAR of broadcasting that we're celebrating is shaping up to be the best one yet, and it's all because of you.
Keep your eyes on kmsu.org, as well as our social media, for information on some great swag we have lined up as thank you gifts for you when you pledge, including a 60th anniversary t-shirt and mug, as well as some fun special programming that our hosts have in store for you. One of these events is the 21st Shuffle Function Twenty-Four Hour Pledge Drive A-Go-Go, which starts at six p.m. on Thursday, May 4th, and comes to a crashing sleep deprived halt at six p.m. on Friday, May 5th. Shyboy Tim and Shelley have lots of fun stuff planned for it, so don't miss the coming lineup announcement!
