About Susan
I was raised on a farm in southern Minnesota. In 1990 I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato majoring in accounting. Shortly after graduation I married into a farm family close to where I grew up. I have worked in the accounting field in the Mankato area all my life holding titles such as a Finance Director, Controller and Chief Financial Officer. My husband (Mike) and I have two children, both are out of college and working in their respective professions.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is be kind.
Advice I would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars is, What are you waiting for! This is a great team with a great mission!
The most inspiring part of my job is helping students realize their dreams.
My favorite inspirational quote is, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
