About the Foundation
Originally established as Mankato State College Foundation, Inc. on Oct. 7, 1959, Minnesota State University, Mankato Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of Minnesota State University, Mankato. Each year, thousands of gifts from generous alumni and friends directly support students, faculty, and programs at Minnesota State Mankato.

To enhance the University’s ability to achieve its mission by encouraging and stewarding sustained philanthropic support from alumni and friends.
