Watermark Faculty Success
The Watermark Workflow in the Faculty Success module allows promotion and tenure candidates to upload materials directly and track progress. The goal is to provide faculty with a more cohesive experience in all promotion and evaluation processes.
The Workflow was developed in collaboration with the Faculty Association and stakeholders across campus to customize a process for Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Workflow is now available for candidates applying for tenure and/or promotion to begin building their portfolios for submission. To log in, please go to the Watermark Login site.

Training Opportunities
Additionally, candidates, faculty, and those in administrative positions are encouraged to attend a 1-hour workshop about the new Watermark Workflow. This workshop will:
- Introduce faculty to Watermark Workflow,
- Explain the benefits of the Workflow module, and
- Show faculty how to submit tenure and promotion applications.
Watermark Faculty Success Training
The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning offers various training courses on the Faculty Success module in Watermark. These trainings focus on introducing the Tenure and Promotion workflow and building your faculty success portfolio.
Watermark Faculty Success Drop-In Sessions
These drop-in sessions are offered to faculty to get support working on their tenure and promotion materials in Watermark's workflow.
