Do you have an idea for a CETL Program?
Program Proposals for Spring 2023 is now open. All proposals are due on October 28 at 4:00 pm.
CETL Program Types:
- Book Discussion: Infuses the reading of a text to explore various themes related to teaching, learning, productivity, balance, and inclusion. This program meets 3-5 times in one semester. CETL will purchase ten copies and work with the library to obtain a library copy of the book.
- Workshop: A one-time meeting of at least an hour to focus on a specific topic related to teaching and learning. These programs typically introduce a topic or concept that is new to participants. These can be a speaker or a set of speakers.
- Certificate: Interdisciplinary groups that meet 4-6 times per semester to learn about specific teaching and learning topics. A tangible product is produced that will indicate the completion of program learning outcomes.
To submit a proposal, you will need to provide the title of the program, description of the program, learning objectives for the program, tentative schedule, and any materials your program might need.
If you have any questions about proposing a program, contact Hannah Radcliff-Hoy, CETL Program Coordinator.
