'10 B.S. law enforcement
I was born and raised in Racine, WI. I was a multi-sport athlete but went on to earn a scholarship at Minnesota State University to play football. Those were some of the most rewarding days of my life earning all-conference and all American honors as a student-athlete and went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement.
After I graduated from MNSU in 2010, I was fortunate enough to play pro football. 2010 I was signed as a priority free agent for the Minnesota Vikings but injuries cut my pro career short. I chased the dream for approx 3 years after I graduated and in 2013 I decided to hang up my cleats and pursue my dream of becoming a police officer.
In 2013 I completed my POST Academy at Arapahoe Community College, Littleton Colorado. Upon graduating from my Police Academy I received a conditional offer to be a police officer in Grand Junction, CO. I policed for 5.5 years and loved every second of it. In 2015 my perspectives changed when my first son was born. Although I loved what I did as a profession I knew, more importantly, I needed to be there for my wife and son so in 2018 I retired as a police officer and started my Real Estate Career.
I'm currently licensed out of WI and MN can say with confidence this was the right career transition for my family and I. I get the gratification of servicing those in need of one of the biggest decisions of their lives while also being there for my family. I'm thrilled and honored to have been selected for the MNSU Alumni Board and plan to keep advocating and serving as a liaison for MNSU.
