Controlled Substances Crimes and Penalties
While both recreational and medical marijuana are now legal in Minnesota, it is important to note that individuals are not permitted to have either form of marijuana on campus.
What does this mean for you?
- MNSU is committed to remaining a drug-free school, abiding by federal law.
- As an MNSU student, the possession, use, or distribution of recreational marijuana on any university-owned property or during participation in any university-sponsored activities is prohibited.
