Welcome… I’m your LCC Noah Butikofer

I am so excited to meet you in the fall.  I will be a resource for you as you navigate through your first year of college here at Minnesota State University, Mankato!  Being involved with the Exploring Health Careers Learning Community will help you academically as well as socially, so utilize me and your peers as much as you can!

Major: Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine

How/what made you decide this major? In high school, I decided I wanted to be an Athletic Trainer. This major gave me a general background in everything I would need to know in order to become an AT. I also am very interested in the science behind how the body works.

Favorite Food: Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Bowls

Advice for LC Students: My advice to LC students would be to be as involved with your peers as possible. Get out into the community and get the full college experience.

Favorite thing about MSU: The people. I have met so many great people at MSU that have made my experience so much better.

Campus/LC Involvement: I am involved in 4 clubs on campus and now your LC. I am the President of the Exercise is Medicine club, I am involved with the Wiffle Ball Club, Athletic Training Student Association, and Cru. 

Favorite thing to do in Mankato: My favorite thing to do in Mankato is to hit up the local Taco Bell at 2 am.

Favorite things to do outside of school/coursework: My favorite thing to do outside of school would be getting involved in intramural sports, playing volleyball with my friends, or 2v2 football games with my roommates. 

Anything else we should know about you? I have traveled to 22 states!
