Department of Student Success
The department of Student Success provides leadership for university-wide student success processes, platforms, and tools supporting a comprehensive integrated approach to student support. Specific responsibilities include:
- Navigate360/MavCONNECT implementation, support and leadership
- Leading semester-to-semester and year-to-year student re-enrollment efforts
- Leading stop-out and recruit-back efforts for students that have taken time off from studies
- Coordinating student exit survey processes and collecting reasons why students stop out
- Building and deploying early alert and mid-semester progress surveys via Navigate360
- Developing student well-being check-in surveys
- Providing student support triage
This work is done collaboratively across the university with multiple divisions and departments.

University advising can help connect you to appropriate resources given your specific needs. Additionally, university advising proactively works with students who may benefit from more individualized support.
Re-enrollment information including forms to track, document, and follow up with students regarding re-enrollment challenges.
